LabelsCropper was created with a simple mission: to give Indian e-commerce sellers a fast, free and completely private way to prepare shipping labels for thermal printing.
Every day, lakhs of sellers on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho and other marketplaces download shipping labels as A4 PDFs. These labels are surrounded by empty margins, making them impossible to print directly on 4x6 thermal label rolls. The usual alternatives — desktop PDF editors or online converters — are either slow, paid, full of watermarks, or worse, upload sensitive customer data (names, addresses, phone numbers) to third-party servers.
We built every tool on LabelsCropper to run entirely inside your browser using modern browser technologies. That means:
From home-based resellers shipping a few orders a day to large packing teams processing thousands of labels, LabelsCropper is designed for anyone who wants their labels print-ready in seconds. The tools work on mobile, tablet and desktop, in any modern browser.
When you choose a PDF, your browser loads two open source libraries, PDF.js and jsPDF, and uses them to read the file, find the printed label on each page, redraw it at about 300 dpi and save a new 4x6 inch PDF. The file is never sent to our servers. Each tool page explains the method, the size, the printer settings and the limits in detail.
LabelsCropper is free to use. We plan to cover running costs with advertising from Google AdSense. Ads are kept separate from the tools and from our written guides, and we do not accept payment to change what our guides say.
Our guides are written to help sellers prepare labels correctly. We describe the tool's limits openly, we do not claim any link with the marketplaces we mention, and we update pages when the tool changes. If you find a mistake, please tell us through the contact page.
