Ajio is a fashion and lifestyle marketplace backed by a large retail group, and it attracts brands, boutiques and independent sellers who deal mainly in clothing, footwear, bags and accessories. For those sellers, the shipping label is a small but important part of every order. It has to be readable, scannable and attached neatly to what is often a soft, lightweight parcel. The Ajio Label Cropper on this page converts the shipping label PDF that you download into a 4x6 inch file that is ready for a thermal label printer.
Typical needs include the right Ajio shipping label size, a quick crop of the seller account PDF, and a label that fits small fashion parcels on a thermal printer.
The tool needs no registration and no software. You choose a PDF, the tool finds the label on every page, trims the empty paper and builds a new PDF in which each page measures 4 inches by 6 inches by default. You can then print it on a TSC, Zebra or any other printer that supports that size.
LabelsCropper is an independent website. It is not run by Ajio, it has no access to your seller account and it does not see your orders. It only works on files that you download and choose yourself.
Clothes and accessories are usually shipped in thin poly bags or compact boxes. A large label on such a parcel is awkward. It can wrinkle, it may hide a product sticker or a seal, and it may fold around an edge where the scanner cannot read it. A 4x6 label is large enough to carry all the details a courier needs and small enough to sit flat on most fashion parcels.
Brand image matters in fashion as well. Many sellers want parcels to look tidy when they arrive, because the unboxing is part of the customer's impression. A cleanly printed label that sits straight and flat on the parcel looks far better than a rough paper cut-out stuck on with tape. It also lowers the chance of the label peeling off during transit, which is one of the main causes of lost parcels.
The page loads quickly because the PDF libraries, PDF.js and jsPDF, are fetched only after you choose a file. If you only wanted to read about the tool, nothing extra is downloaded.
Each page is drawn invisibly. The tool inspects the picture and marks every pixel that is clearly darker than white. Rows containing marked pixels are linked into sections. A new section begins when the tool meets an empty band taller than about 3.5 percent of the page height.
In Label only mode, the first section that is at least about 8 percent of the page tall is treated as the label. Thin header lines above it are not mistaken for a label. In Keep everything mode, the outer edges of all printed content are used.
Your padding is added around the chosen area, and the area is drawn again at about 1200 pixels across for a sharp result, which is close to 300 dpi on a 4 inch sticker. The crop is placed on a 4x6 inch page with its original proportions. When all pages are done, they are saved as one PDF.
The size you print on matters as much as the size of the PDF. This table lists the values you will meet when buying rolls and setting up a printer.
| Unit | Size | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Inches | 4 x 6 | Printer paper list |
| Millimetres | about 101.6 x 152.4 | Sold as 100 x 150 mm rolls |
| Points | 288 x 432 | Page size inside the PDF |
| 203 dpi | 812 x 1218 dots | Most desktop thermal printers |
| 300 dpi | 1200 x 1800 dots | Higher-resolution models |
If your printer offers both 4x6 inch and 100 x 150 mm, choose whichever matches the packaging of your roll. The difference is under 2.5 mm and has no visible effect on the label.
Direct thermal labels are sensitive to heat and rubbing. If labels will sit on a shelf for days, store the parcels away from sunlight, and avoid scratching the printed side.
Follow the packing and labelling instructions you receive from Ajio, because they take priority over general advice. This tool only prepares the PDF size, and it does not decide which label you need or how you must package the parcel.
An Ajio label has a customer's name, address and phone number. As a seller you are responsible for protecting that information. The Ajio Label Cropper helps because it never receives your file. The PDF is opened and cropped in your own browser, and the result is saved to your device. No upload occurs, and no copy is kept on a server.
The page loads its PDF libraries and styles from this website. Neither request includes label data. Read the privacy policy for details, including how advertising cookies work.

A fashion catalogue is full of near-identical items. One shirt design may come in five sizes and six colours, which makes thirty variants that look alike on a shelf. A packer who is tired or in a hurry can easily pick the medium instead of the large, or the navy instead of the black. Many wrong-item complaints begin at this moment, and they are expensive because they lead to a return, a refund and a poor review.
A clear label does not prevent every such mistake, but it helps in two ways. First, a sharp and fully readable label lets the packer confirm the order details without squinting. Second, when the label is the same size every time, the packer can build a habit: pick the item, read the label, compare, then seal. If the label is sometimes large, sometimes tiny and sometimes cut off, the habit breaks down, and the check gets skipped.
Some sellers add a simple second check by asking a colleague to glance at the item and the label together before sealing. Others keep a small card with the day's top-selling variants and their codes next to the packing table. These are low-cost steps, and a good label routine makes them easier to carry out.
If you stock many variants, consider arranging your shelves so that variants of the same style are in separate, clearly marked bins, and sort the day's labels by style before you start picking. When the labels are in the same order as the shelves, the packer walks the room once, and the chance of picking from the wrong bin falls.
Brands that sell on Ajio often put effort into how a parcel looks when it arrives. A branded mailer, a tissue wrap and a thank-you card all help a customer remember the purchase. The shipping label, by contrast, is a functional item, but it can still support or spoil the overall impression.
A label that is straight, smooth and sized to the parcel looks professional. A label that is crooked, wrinkled or taped over several times looks careless. Because the label is the first thing a customer sees on the outside of the parcel, a neat one signals care before the bag is even opened.
A few small habits help. Place the label in the same spot on every parcel, for example the top right of the front face. Leave a margin of a couple of centimetres from the edges. If the parcel is a box, stick the label on the largest flat side, never across the lid seam. If you want to protect the label, use a narrow strip of clear tape along one edge only, so the barcode area stays flat and free from glare.
Also think about what happens after delivery. Customers sometimes want to return an item, and a label that tears off easily without damaging the bag lets them reuse the packaging. Choose label stock with a removable adhesive if you want that feature, and test a few before you buy a large order of rolls.
Fashion has strong seasons. End-of-season sales, festive collections and wedding months all produce sudden spikes in orders, and sellers who are not ready find themselves behind within a day. Label printing is part of that preparation.
A few weeks before an expected rush, check your printer. Clean the print head, run the calibration, and print a few test labels. Buy extra rolls and a spare ribbon if your printer needs one. Keep the receipt and the supplier details in an easy place so that you can re-order quickly if you run out.
Think about people as well as machines. If you will have temporary staff, write a one-page guide that explains how to download labels, how to crop them with this tool, how to print and how to stick the label on a parcel. Include screenshots from your own screen, since menus on any marketplace may change over time. A guide that takes five minutes to read can save hours of confusion on the busiest day.
Plan your dispatch rounds as well. Instead of one giant file at the end of the day, split the work into smaller batches. Each batch can be cropped, printed and packed in turn, and parcels reach the pickup point earlier. If a mistake does occur, it affects a few labels and not the whole day.
After the sale, look back. Note how many parcels you shipped, how many labels failed to scan, and how many returns arrived because of address or label problems. Use those numbers to decide whether you need a second printer, more staff or a better layout for your packing table before the next season arrives.
The default output is 4x6 inches, but the Output size menu above the upload box also offers 100 x 150 mm, A6, A5, 3 x 5 in, 4 x 4 in and a custom width and height in millimetres. If you print on an ordinary office printer, choose an A4 sheet with 2 or 4 labels and the tool arranges the labels on each sheet so you can cut them apart. The size you pick is remembered on this device.
If your Ajio PDF has the invoice printed below the label, tick the option to save the invoice part as a separate PDF. The label file downloads as usual, and a Download invoices PDF button appears with the invoice parts on A4 pages. This works in Label only mode and needs a clear empty gap between the label and the invoice. If none is found, the tool tells you.
If more than one person prints labels in your business, a written procedure keeps results consistent. Here is a template that you can adapt.
